About me

My name is Jasmina Sabrihafizović.

I come from a long line of hafizes and imams.
That’s what hafizović in my last name stands for.
The other part is perseverance (sabr, in Arabic).
Jasmina is a yasmine flower.
I love all of these meanings, as they’re deeply imbued in me.

My life is about freedom, beauty, meaning,
joy and connection and bringing their scent
to the worlds.

I live in and work from an especially soulful place:
Sarajevo, Bosnia&Herzegovina.
I survived a siege that lasted 1.425 days as a kid here.
That experience is still moulding me in the most beautiful ways.

I am a Muslim, mom, daughter.
A friend for deep conversations
over a good Italian cappuccino
or a really nice herbal tea.

I am a poet.
I love Rumi (the quotes you’ll find around this website are his).

I’m an engineer, coach and triber.
An entrepreneur and a social activist.

I love reading, nature, dark chocolate,
dates, perfumes and things made with love.

I bring all of this into my work.
(Yes, the dates and chocolate too!)

Where I’m coaching from

The methodology I’m using is a combination of integral development coaching, psychology, engineering, neuroscience, NLP, experiential knowledge, intuition and practice as well as wisdom passed onto me by teachers of essence. Embedded in deep presence of being.

To my knowledge, I’m the only ICF certified integral development coach in South East Europe region. I also hold a Coaching Circles certificate.

I’ve been doing this work since 2017, certified as an integral development coach in 2019, coached over 80 people through this methodology (PCC certificate pending).

Before that, I have individually advised, mentored, trained and coached a bit over 200 people and many groups.

My career, spanning over 19 years, includes IT engineering and project management, business development and life-long learning support in NGOs and innumerable volunteering engagements in fields like social business, mentoring, poverty alleviation, advocacy, social trauma healing, even first responder’s experience.

I had so much fun through it!

Coaching is where all of it matures into my highest point of contribution.

I envision a world in which we all remember who we really are and serve life, together.
